During this downtime we have heard from so many people on what we should be doing to come out of this situation a different person. Often times we forget that what is meant for others is not always meant for us, at that time.

When a person from your past assumes they can come back.

It’s a new year but not necessarily a new me. I let you in on a secret of mine and the impact it has had on my life.

Who wants to be known as an insane person. Oftentimes our actions led us to be just so. Have you ever felt this way?

Family, friends and even relationships have the power to manipulate. Learn to stand on your own and say no.
